anyway.
on the homepage there is, in english, a button to the left that says free registration. click it
then click orange button for new account.
it then asks if you accept personal information treatment whatever so click the right option and enter your email address below and click the orange button next to that.
you get an email and you are supposed to follow the instructions from there. (click the link in it I would assume)
I think old guided would help you along from there.
