well, this seems to have been (semi-)fixed thanks to the new player layout. desutv player is huger now, so the watermark doesn't stick out quite as much; desugames seems to only display a watermark once in a while, so i wonder if it only appears depending on the bandwidth consumption or something.

If you start to see more watermark hijinx, please cap and post here so we know about it and can work around it.
